Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business and to keep prices affordable, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal).

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on PayPal’s processing time.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Normal variations in color or appearance

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
